It all began many years ago, when our grandparents, following recipes handed down from father to son, began producing artisanal cured meats using only genuine ingredients and traditional techniques from our region. Calabrian 'nduja, capocollo, soppressata and spicy sausage soon became symbols of ancient knowledge, in which the intense flavour and aroma of Calabrian spices blend together in a unique experience. Over time, the company has grown, without ever losing touch with its roots.
Today, we continue to work with the same passion as always, combining the craftsmanship of the past with the most modern technologies. We have taken our products beyond national borders, making the authentic flavor of our land known to the world. We have chosen to embrace new needs, introducing the Halal line, because we believe that good food should unite, without borders. We have changed, we have grown, but we have remained ourselves.
